WPART Project

WPART is a research project conducted at Leeds University Business School (LUBS) and funded by the European Commission (Marie Curie Intra-European Fellowship). The aim of the project is to provide evidence on the microeconomics of employee consultation and representation at the establishment-level. The project will explore the effects of such institutions on both worker and firm-level outcomes and the specific adjustment mechanisms employed in participatory workplaces to cope with recent recessionary pressures in Europe.
